I’m sure I’m not the only one, but lately, I’ve been craving comfort food...and for me that means pancakes! These pancakes have definitely been a bright spot on some of the darker days.
Recently I polished off a short stack of low-carb, protein-packed, pancakes. They’re filled with healthy fats, mild sweetness, and an amazing lighter than air texture. This recipe is brimming with protein from both the collagen protein powder and the almond flour.
You can top them off with organic berries and a nice pour of warm keto-friendly syrup for a treat that will bring energy and a little comfort to your morning..but breakfast for dinner is amazing too!
Here are the ingredients:
4 Scoops Unflavored Collagen Protein Powder
1/2 C. Almond flour
3 TBSP Cocoa powder
3 TBSP Sweetener
1 TSP Baking powder
1/3 C. Almond milk
2 TBSP Avocado oil
1 TSP Vanilla extract
1/8 TSP Salt
Mix all together and cook pancakes.
Top with organic fresh fruit and a keto-friendly syrup.
