HOMEMADE COLLAGEN BROWNIES (SERVES 12)
"Moist and cakey on the outside and chewy on the inside"
1/4 C. Unsalted Butter, cut into 1 Tbls sized pieces
1 C. Granulated Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
3 Large Eggs
2 Tsps Vanilla extract
4 Level Scoops Hudson and James Chocolate Keto Collagen
3/4 C. Chocolate Chips
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
Melt butter and stir in sugar and salt, let cool slightly.
Add in eggs and vanilla. Break yolks and stir just until blended.
Add in flour, Collagen, and chocolate chips. Fold and stir the mixture until just combined.
Pour into the prepared baking dish. Spread into an even layer. Bake in a preheated oven until barely set, about 40-55 minutes. A toothpick can have a hint of batter!
Let cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
