Go ahead and double up on your protein when you add collagen peptides to your turkey burgers!


1 LB. Grass-Fed ground turkey
1 Scoop of Hudson and James Unflavored Collagen Peptides
1/2 Half diced onion
1 tsp. Sea salt
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp. Coriander
1/4 tsp. Black pepper
Romaine Lettuce or Sprouted Grain Buns

Sauté onions over medium heat until tender, 8-10 minutes.
Combine onions with turkey, Collagen Protein Powder, and seasonings.
Form into 4 patties, and grill until done.
Serve on Butter Lettuce Bun, A bed of Arugula or Sprouted Grain Buns

Topping Suggestions:

Cucumber ribbons (made with a carrot peeler)
Grilled pineapple
Onion rings
Beefsteak tomato slices

The usual pickles, mustard, or ketchup. Or go for some healthy fats by spooning on a dollop of guacamole.
